Harees

Machboos

This dish is usually made with rice, meat (mutton), chicken, or fish, vegetables, then cooked in a broth flavored with a blend of spices, dried Loomi, onion and, raisins, nuts, and other seasonings include salt and spices turmeric, cumin, cardamom, and saffron.
